T1-1	SOLID RED	T1 is down. Call the carrier.
MAJOR/MINOR	SOLID RED	T1 could have taken a power surge. Call the carrier.
CRD	NOT SOLID GREEN	Voice over IP card failure. Call the carrier.

MAJOR OR MINOR	RED / YELLOW	Red = Major alarm Yellow = Minor alarm
LOCAL	OFF	Remote mode (DIP switches disabled)
LOCAL	GREEN	Local mode (DIP switches enabled)
ACO	OFF	Normal mode. No alarms are being suppressed.
ACO	YELLOW	Alarm cutoff active. One or more active alarms suppressed.
T1-1 OR T1-2	OFF	Off line
	GREEN	Normal
	RED	Loss of Signal (LOS) detected
	YELLOW	Bipolar Violation (BPV) detected
	FLASHING GREEN	Loopback active
	FLASHING RED	Loss of Frame (LOF) or Alarm Indication Signal (AIS) detected
	FLASHING YELLOW	Yellow alarm (Remote Alarm Indication) detected.
