Email Test Procedure

Our Unified Messaging systems require the means to send email from our equipment to your SMTP server and then on to your email. Often, we get the wrong ISP information. Thus, we require the customer to download a test email program and then send us the ini file so we may properly setup your "Infotel System".

1. Download the quickmailer.zip file.

2. Open the zip and click on qm.exe. Extract the files to c:\quickmailer. The program does not install anything to your system files or registry.

3. Run the qm.exe program.

4. Complete the information for Server Configuration. This information comes from your IT manager or Internet service provider.
