Server and Network Monitoring
We offer a low flat monthly fee for proactive server and network monitoring and reporting to reduce systems downtime. Special software installed on your server continuously probes critical systems as listed below. Once alerted, we remotely access your network or dispatch to your site to correct the issue. The monitoring has a flat one-time install fee and flat monthly fee. We will charge our standard labor rates to correct any issues. If specified, we will inform you first of the error before taking action.

- Backup - Alert you that you do NOT have a backup of your data!
