Ring your desk and cell phone (or Panasonic wireless) at the same time. Your cell
phone shows the Caller ID of the caller so you can screen the call. If
you don't answer, the call is answered by your Panasonic mailbox. Calls
answered on the cell can be transferred back to the office!

Micro-cell Wireless Capability
Panasonic is best in class here. Panasonic manufactures more
wireless phones than anyone and it shows. As pictured above, the multi-cell wireless option provides coverage via
many strategically placed cell station antennas. As you move throughout the coverage area, the system
provides seamless communication by automatically handing off the call from cell
station to cell station. Micro-cell technology is low-cost and solution
that keeps people connected whether they are on the factory floor, in the
warehouse, in a showroom or just about anywhere on site.
Unified Messaging (Voicemail & Fax to your email inbox)
All you emails, faxes and voice
messages are one click away. We believe the Panasonic offers this
sophisticated feature at a lower cost that any other manufacturer.
Universal Call Distribution & Call Queues
Panasonic has a very low cost call center monitoring
package they built into the operating system. This program provides reports on
call center agent performance. Cell phones can even log into the queue to take
calls !

Answering Modes
Most systems have just a day and night mode. The
Panasonic adds a "lunch" and "break" mode to allow for pre-programmed
system states when your receptionist can't answer the phone.
Voice Networking
We can connect several business telephone systems
together to create one big telephone system. You share a common receptionist and
voice utilities. When dedicated circuits fail, we can maintain the voice network
over the Internet until dedicated service is restored.
Sophisticated
Call Logging
An optional software package logs the data related to
every call. Who handled the call, digits dialed or caller id, duration of the
call, time of the call, etc. Click on the call record text and you can then
actually here the audio recording of the call !
Conferencing
For those not able to come to your Richmond office, the KX-TDA100 and KX-TDA200 systems allow the user to have
multiple conference calls from 3-party up to 8-party calls at the same time.
This feature can prove to be quite beneficial for those who do a lot of
conference calling within the same company and may otherwise need an external
conference service.
XDP Port
The digital phones have an "extra device port" that can
serve an extra extension or is shared with your extension. This port
opens up many custom applications.
